总教练兼投资者--Joseph Lane
    Joseph Lane 在美国从事商业管理顾问已经长达三十多年了。1988年，他进入耶鲁大学专修中国经济学，汉语言和历史等方面专业。并在1991年第一次来到中国，随后就用了近三年的时间为多个中美企业提供合资帮助和服务。
    在1993下半年，Joseph lane 创办了一家高尔夫研究公司，同时他个人在高尔夫球技方面的造诣也越发深厚，打出了2个差点的成绩。 在1997年，他结束了打球生涯转，将自己全部的时间和精力转向培训和推广78杆教学系统。
    除此之外，Mr.Lane还是位飞行爱好者，他已经取得了美国私人飞行员资格证书，同时，他也是位冲浪爱好者， 并已有数千米的海上冲浪记录。结婚后，他有了3个孩子，而现在他也已经是5个小孩的祖父了。他很喜欢中国，现在住在广东省肇庆市，他打算在退休之前一直都将继续留在中国。

Head Coach & Founder --Joseph Lane
    Joseph Lane has been working as a management consultant for over 30 years. Mr. Lane attended Yale University In 1988 and studied Chinese economic development, language and history. Mr. Lane first came to China In 1991 and spent almost 3 years working with several Chinese and US Companies seeking to establish joint venture operations.
    When Mr. Lane started the golf research company in late 1993,his golf skills improved and he also became serious player earning a 2 handicap. In 1997, he moved away from playing and devoted all of his time and energy to coaching and developing the Shooting 78 System.
    Mr. Lane is an accomplished pilot and holds the very difficult to earn Instrument Rating as well as a US FAA Pilot’s license. He is also an accomplished sailboat skipper, having sailed several thousands of miles on the open oceans. After married, ha got 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He now lives in Zhao Qing and plans to remain in China until he retires.
